I am really fed up with my mates texting me saying "by the way, u just sent that message twice". I have been on to orange about it and they cant seem to help the problem. I also had it on M500 as well as this new M600. A text seems to send but a copy of it stays in the outbox then sends again later!? These two handsets and I've read elsewhere on this site about someone with a M1500 having this problem. So either HTC or Orange problem? Anyone got any ideas? Thanks.

If you have SBP Pocket Plus mate try uninstalling it and go again. I had the same problem on both the M500 and M600 with the orange rom for some reason ???

Thanks for that. I'll uninstall that & give it a go. Was thinking maybe about any benefit in flashing phone with imate or qtek rom anyway. Dont know about that.

Cracked it now thanks. SPB pocket plus is the cause but dont need to uninstall; just disable the "close" button feature (or create an exception for messaging). I was closing down rather than minimizing the app so message not completing. Thanks for the pointer.
