Why do I have "Warn: 0%" showing ?

I don't see a 0% indicator for anyone else ?! I don't think I've ever been 'warned' whatever that is. Why is it there ? :)

It means you've used up all your "slack" here, and the next time you annoy someone you get banned for life! :)

Actually, you only see your own wanring level, and 0% means you've not been warned about dodgy posts etc etc
