how to soft and hard reset MDA PRO ?

i could not find how to soft reset and hard reset my MDA PRO ?

i just know after the green a line button but do not know what is else action ??

I'm sure if you searched hard enough you would find the answers but here they are anyway.

Soft reset: Poke your stylus into the little hole on the spine of the phone marked "reset".

Hard reset: Do the same thing but hold the two "soft keys" (the ones with no markings at the top of the keyboard) in at the same time, then follow the one screen instructions to restore factory settings.
