Transferring voice notes

I was wondering how I can transfer a voice note that I made with my mpx200 mobile phone to my pc.

i would like to know how to ....to

i cannot find the voice note through active sync the folder appears empty

i have used smart explorer to locate the file it finds it useing the search tool then i asked it to show me the process tree but then it will not open the folder i am baffled as to how to get to them

this is for my wife she went to the take that concert and recorded the concert on her voice notes.

any ideas ???????????????????
