new tornado screen

hi all

i dropped my v1240(i-mate sp5), the phone is ok,(actually no scratches!) but somehow the screen is well buggered( nice lcd leak in the middle) so basically need to source a new screen, whats the cheapest option of getting one, and can do the fitting myself etc?

does anyone around have a tornado thats broke in any other way that have lying aroung and willing to sell it?

Take note that i live in ireland.

I notice a lot of threads about repair this or repairing that. It seems the prices for the parts may cost more than the phone, which is definitely the case with LCD. I suggest people needing parts all come together and buy one brand new device then parting it out. I wouldnt mind getting a new full housing ^^.

hi guys

all sorted, phone covered by insurance by vodafone,thought it wouldn't cos bought on ebay when vodafone ireland didn't stock this handset..they do now so its covered!!
