c500 change sms tone

Hi I want to change sms tone on c500, but cant find any answers where to put mp3 file, so it comes up as an option to change as sms tone, can anyone help me please?

I have looked in the forums but cant find it.

From memory you can not use mp3 for SMS on the C500.

Yep, wav only and put it in \Storage \Application Data \Sounds

if you have memory card, you can also place it in \Storage Card\My Documents folder...
