Please I have a tmobile sda tha is really misbehaving and i was wondering if i could possible re install the

OS on it. it WM2003 Mobile. I have done the hard reset and it has not improve anything at all.

Please if it is possbile where can i get it.

what is the problem you are having?

It's normally unlikely that flashing your phone will make any difference to what a hard reset does.

what it does is, when a call comes in. it start opening all programs on the phone, I mean runing all the

program on the start menu, mute the phone and openning and closing all programs. for no reason, cant even

make a conversation cause the mic would be muted as well in the moment of madness. which happens alll the time.

Sounds more like some keys are sticking and giving false commands.

Are you sure you have done a hard reset and not a soft reset?

I hard reset will restore the initial factory settings and wip all the data you have put on the phone. If it is still playing up after this I would be surprised if relfashing the ROM would help as it's unlikely for the ROM to become corrupted in this way.
