need urgent help or advice regarding tmobile sda?

Hi

last night i was updating the rom on my tmobile sda to the new qtek rom but while the process was on and reached 92% my computer given an error program need to be closed and the phone shut off too right after

and now when i m tryin to turn it on its not comming on

what does that mean the phone is waste now or there is anything i can do to fix it

please i need someones help my phone is only like week old dont want to buy a new one

Which SDA do you have? the European version with WM2003 or the US version with WM5?

If it will not power on at all even trying a hard reset chances are it's now a dead phone.

Is the phone under warranty or did you buy it secondhand?

Are you sure you tried using the correct type of ROM and not another model?

using incompatable roms are known phone killers.

First of all, unplug the phone from the computer, take off the battery, put the battery back in. Try to turn the phone on and see if anything happens. If you get a screen with 3 different colors on it, then you will be able to recover it. If not, then your phone is bricked.

If your phone is bricked, you're best off sending it to t-mobile for a handset exchange and plead ignorance... tell them that it just stopped working :-)
