You might have to take out a Vodafone business tariff at least W411y assuming they even let you sign up to one... unfortunately the HTC Tornado's availability on both O2 and Vodafone is limited at best...

On Orange, your mother would be able to add another phone to her contract to share her mins and texts - just as my wife and I do. One bill, one contract, two phones. There'll probably be limited choice of handsets available free, but you wouldn't care too much presumable because you'd just put the new phone's SIM into your current handset.

You might be better off getting your own contract - but that will involve 'getting a job' and 'work' - AAAARRRRGH!

I think that you may have had that contract for quite a while ?? If it is a domestic tariff, then it would have to be one of the old 'pre yourplan' (Circa 2001/2002 or earlier?) tariffs?

As far as I know, Orange won't do additional sharing handsets on Domestic talkplans anymore - only Business - but I would be happy to be proved wrong if it means that W4lly can get his dream 'phone and talkplan without the inconvenience of having to find gainful employment :) ;)

:D :( She said she'll ring them on the 5th... I dno she wants to see her bill first or something and wants to ask about upgrading her plan so we can have the broadband.
