C600 help, Please

Afternoon all

I had a C600 since feb, last week the buttons decided to stop workin so got onto orange and got a new fone through yesterday. the questoins are

Will i need to upgrade the rom?

is there anything i should be doning to the fone as a matter of course?

on the internet explorer it will let me go to sites like google but not to orange world, says i have to be an orange customer, which i am?

I saw somewhere there is a wm player 11 out is that right and is it worth having?

any help is much appreciated.

You shouldn't need to update the ROM as they will have flashed the replacement with the latest version.

I would check with Orange CS for possible reasons why you can't access Orange World. I assume you're using an Orange SIM ?

There is no WMP11 for Smartphone
