xda mini s password

just got a new O2 xda mini s. Problem withthe password option. All instructions say this is available on Settings - Personal - Password. But Password is not there. Help anyone please?

its either on start - settings - lock for phone lock

or

start - settings - phone thjen under security. its not a tab, its the last option on the first tab

Yes thanks found it now. Shame I can't seem to get hold of an up to date instruction manual!
