alternative to wince cab manager

I ran out of my trial attempts of the WinCE Cab Manager, OPC Software, and thought I better purchase the software seeing that I use it alot. Imagine my surprise - the software is ---- $149.00 to register!! No way I am paying this amount, even I can use it on up to four computer terminals for that price...

Any suggestions as to any cheaper alternatives?

There is another commercial app which can compile your files into CAB. Phelios Cab-O-matic: http://www.phelios.net/cabomatic.html
