C600 - Beep when call is placed

Guys this is driving me crazy!!

Everytime a call is placed even on totally silent I hear this annoying beep, is there anyway to disable this? I've only noticed it does this on silent as recently i've been using the silent mode for meetings etc.

look at gpcarreons blog and run a search because he actually came up with a way to stop this stupid beep!

Its so nice not to hear it.

I've read somewhere on modaco to replace \windows\callstart.wav with an empty file if I good remember :)

Works perfectly. Thank you very much. That sound was so annoying. I mean, I set it to silent for a reason. Why would I want the beep.
