You should probably be a little more patient. I doubt anyone can knock out a program like that in a mere 25 minutes.

btw I don't think it would work very well. Look at all the difficulty making a good snes emulator, and it's hardware isn't nearly as advanced as the playstation.

lol , i didn't expect someone to make a softwhere in 25 minutes , i just whanted to know your opinions ...i'm a webdesigner...so i know how hard it is to code (php...coder here :))...

Well on spv c600 if it's overclocked to the max at 288mhz it should run at about hmm 23-25 fps if i'm not mistaking...some games may go higher...it depends on the polygon count....

I don't think that I would like trying to play playstation games on a Smartphone :) ;)

have u tried contacting the author himself? as there is no source code on the site there is nothing for other people to port

atm he/they are apparently working on WM5 compatability which I would think would include Smartphones that are running WM5

beyond that, there's nothing that can be done by others without source code

it will run tho, the question of speed is a personal decision as to wether it's fast enough for you as a user to bear

it will also vary on a per game basis

Glad to see you didn't take my comment too seriously, sometimes I try to be funny and fail thanks to my loathing of smiley faces.

I'm not sure your phone would run games that fast. I've read that most snes games run slower than that on similarly clocked phones. On my mpx220 (ya it's old but it clocks to 264mhz without problem) I couldn't find a single snes game that ran at a rate I consider playable. Maybe I didn't chose the right games but to me an emulator is no good if the only game it runs at a playable rate is barbie horse adventure or some such.

btw I wish I had the patience to code, I've done a little perl, java and php and I sucked at all of them. But then again I get frustrated trying to get homescreens I download just so on my phone (what can I say I love the 12 hour clock, and I'm beginning to think I'm the only one).

Well i mailed the author....hope to get a response soon....the emulator works greate on my mda III ppc , so on a overclocked c600 at 288mhz , it should work at about 63.7% of my MDA's speed (yes i did the math :)) , so it should run most games at about 30 FPS....Ford Racer for example runs at about 49 fps on my MDA , while Tekken 3 runs at about 35 FPS, on the c600 ford for example wold be almost fully playable (it's to fast on the MDA (you have to set the speed at about 70% so it's playable.)...... so this might be posible......
