Video recording quality

I've come to the realization that the most fun I have with my phone is recording and watching video clips. However, my old phone (E200) only records in quite poor quality, so I've been looking around for a phone that can record in higher quality and so my question is quite simple:

Which phone (including those fancy PocketPC phones) can record video in the highest quality? And by quality I mean resolution and general quality of the picture.

I've read about the Nokia N93 coming out, but I REALLY don't wanna buy a Nokia. Do we have anything that can compare to that, preferably a smartphone or PocketPC phone? I don't need optical zoom and I don't care about the quality of photos, only about being able to record videos in high quality with my phone.

Oh, and in case someone suggests I buy a digital video recorder instead of a new phone as that sounds more like what I'm after, I agree with that in theory, but I'm not gonna be carrying a video recorder around with me everywhere, just my phone and when something happens worth recording, I wanna be able to record it in the highest possible quality with my phone. :)

So, does anyone know which phone can record video in the highest quality?

mmmm

i have the imate SP5 and i can record video in 3gp mp4 avi the quality is very good in avi also in 3gp but the sound record is not good it dosnt have any bass
