C500 and Outlook pictures

I have outlook set up with all pictures of my contacts - marvellous!

However when I sync, the pictures don't transfer over to my C500. All I want is the photos I've assigned in Outlook to appear at the picture when they ring or text me.

Is there ANY way to do this?

I know there is a program with my C500 which does let one add photos to contacts, but it's difficult and long winded.
