Running old non-QVGA software

On my Qtek 8010 i played the rpg game Legacy quite a lot, but when I try to run this game on my 8300, I can't even get a small "non-qvga"-screen in the upper left corner. The only thing I can see is "noise" and messed up colored lines. :)

Can't someone make a clever util who can run non-qvga software in full screen on qvga devices?

If that's not possible, can anyone tell me how to run this game with "normal" graphic? :/
