Help Needed!

Hi there...I'm new on the forum! I recently bought a Motorola MPX220 and I'm finding it rather slow - however...I realised that it's only slow because most tasks are being left open (like for example - voice recognition) - This type of software cannot be closed from the task manager provided by the phone software! Can anyone point me to the direction of a better task manager??

Look HERE Its the best task manager ever for the smartphones, also check out the file explorer as well as its bloody good too ;-)

Also....I would be very grateful if someone could tell me how can I remove the function from my MPX that keeps lighting the keypad...its flashing is making me crazy
