how do i install Qtek 8300 firmware to a t-mobile sda (sp5m)

how do i install the Qtek 8300 firmware on a t-mobile sda (sp5m)? the software is HERE and when i try to install it then it says thers an error. for other people they installed it on their sda's and sp5m's and it worked for them. could it be cause i unlocked mine?

nvm i got it workin but it didnt fix the joystick like it did for most people. i took my sda apart and blew on the joystick and got some dust out and it works a little better now

you need to SID unlock your phone to run another manufactuer/ operators ROM on your phone

on a side note, what or where did you get that skin/ theme for XP (I assume its XP?) The rounded task bar buttons look kewl ;)

yep thats windows xp. im using the program windowblinds to have that skin.
