Refusal to "go wireless" - works again after power reset

Hi,

I was using my phone's wireless at work, and went to do the same once I got home.

The little wireless icon at the top had vanished. Stopping/Starting the wireless in the manager did not change this. Basically, there was no way for me to get to the list of connections and get it to find a new one.

A quick power reset, and the little wireless icon was back and it found it all automatically.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Had you left wifi on on the device whilst you travelled?

There's a setting in AKU2.3 (ie on your 3100) that you can tell the wifi to go to sleep two mins after losing connection - maybe thats what happened to yours?

(I always switch my wifi on whenever I finish with it - a) because it works both at home and office first time and :) cos I am paranoid about it sucking all the battery juice up)
