Can't sync with new computer Outlook

I just got a new computer and I cant seem to activesync with Outlook on the new computer. Does anyone know how to reconfig to a new outlook.

Try turning off your firewall and try again.

Make sure the following are all allowed access:

WCESMgr.exe

WCESCOMM.exe

rapimgr.exe

Firewall access is open. I get an error stating that a different outlook profile was previously setup. Please open Outlook using the appropriate profile.

which outlook are you using because it willnot work with outlook express

also 4.* sometimes needs you to set up an email account in outlook first before it will work.

delete the profiles from your phone in active synch setting too then delete partnerships in active synch then reconnect and see if that does the trick

Yeah, I had that problem too ... I had to install the version of Outlook that came on the disc that was bundled with my 'phone, even though it was a much older one than that which was installed on my new laptop - after that it worked fine :)
