If you tell them that it is an M3100, they can send most of the settings to it - and the rest are available in the settings repository on modaco.

I guess all 3g devices use the same USIMs

Orange in the past have had the best service when you need settings beamed to your PDA. I have used them a few times and the message has arrived whilst still on the phone :)

O2 seem to not want to help hence why i am moving back to orange, I think the data number was 07973 100 156.
