Guest pookiecheeks Posted August 13, 2006 Report Posted August 13, 2006 hello all, ..you cleaned the screen recently ? left any smears from multi-surface cleaners ? i noticed finger prints all over my screen the other day and used a cleaner. took me longer to get the cleaner off than the actual finger prints. i just use spit and elbow grease now ! pooks

Guest danwatson1974 Posted August 14, 2006 Report Posted August 14, 2006 Just realised, that could almost be a description of my ex girlfriend <_
Guest travisb Posted August 14, 2006 Report Posted August 14, 2006 Just realised, that could almost be a description of my ex girlfriend <_< Not being familiar with your ex (honest!), I'll stick to my M2000 poblems :) It's totally unresponsive. Did a hard reset, and I can't get past the first screen config tap. Weirdly this was after removing a screen protector, giving it a clean, and applying a new screen protector.
Guest Pondrew Posted August 14, 2006 Report Posted August 14, 2006 Did you remove the new screen protector again to make sure it's not that? Is it working without the screen protector or completely gone. Oh, and LOL to the girlfriend comments!

Give me software grief over hardware any day! Perhaps we need a lonely hearts forum :)
Guest travisb Posted August 14, 2006 Report Posted August 14, 2006 Can you believe it was the screen protector causing the problem. All fine now. Cheers Pondrew. Now back to my C500 problem I wonder if Dan's ex is as easy to fix??
Guest danwatson1974 Posted August 14, 2006 Report Posted August 14, 2006 Glad you got it sorted! As to the ex girlfriend problem .... definitely a software issue, hardware is still in perfect order. Guess I'm going to have to upgrade ;) If there was a MoDaCo lonely hearts section I would definitely use it - if only to see 8000 lonely male members competing for the affections of the 40 female members :)

Guest danwatson1974 Posted August 19, 2006 Report Posted August 19, 2006 hello all, ..so are you assuming not one of those 8000 chaps are homosexual, or that not one of those 40 chapesses are lesbian ? pooks Yes, I was. I was refering solely to the 'men seeking women' or 'women seeking men' areas of the theoretical MoDaCo lonely hearts . I am sure that there would be equally thriving 'men seeking men' and 'women seeking women' areas, in which I would be unable to participate.
