Dopod 577W & AKU2

The content of my email to Dopod's Customer Support today (www.dopodasia.com):

Dear sir/madam,

This is the 3rd time I am writing to you in regard to the AKU2 release for Dopod 577W.

Please do not reply back to me with your standard answer as I am getting very tired of it.

Once and for all, please let me (and the community of Dopod 577W users in Malaysia) know if Dopod Asia is planning to release the AKU2 at all for Dopod 577W.

There is a very active community of users who wishes to know about this and quite frankly getting pretty upset over your CEO's press statement in April 2006 that the AKU2 will be released by the 2nd Quarter of 2006. 3rd Quarter of 2006 is coming to an end in a few months time - and still no sign of the AKU2 for Dopod 577W. All the users get whenever they email Dopod is a standard answer (which I am pasting below for your info):

Should I not hear from you within 7 days of this email with a definite answer, I am sending a copy of this email to the management of Dopod, HTC and also to Microsoft as well as the editors of SmartPhone Thoughts (http://www.smartphonethoughts.net), MSMobiles (http://www.msmobiles.com) - highlighting the lack of corporate governance and also the service level of Dopod Asia.
