Best Navigation software for SMT5600 in the US?

I want to make my SMT5600 into a portable navigation device that I can use in my car to give me directions. I have tried to look into a few programs such as TOMTOM and Microsoft Streets & Trips. I live in the US (New Jersey specifically). I was wondering if anyone has done this with their SMT5600 and if so what did they use and how did they like it? Any help would be greatly appreciated! I used to use mapopolis....and it works really well. (I live in NJ too).

I'd was going to buy CoPilot, but I heard alot of the maps are waaaaay old. Waiting for TomTom to make a WM version....which I read is coming soon.
