Copy Phone contacts to Sim Card

Have done a bit of searching and cannot find this answer readily.

I'm sure someone has come across this issue before however.

What I would ike to achieve is to copy all the contacts on my Vario, to my SIM card.

Then I can use the SIM in an alternative handset - non Windows Mobile.

All help appreciated.
