Removing Files

I'm still a newbie....so sorry for the stupid questions but....

Recently I downloaded a theme (.hme file) from a friend and it worked just fine - however, when I tried to uninstall it - the device is giving me an error and it's not removing it at all!!

SO I traced all the files relevant to the theme and removed them BUT now I'm trying to get it off the list of "Remove Programs" {start - settings - more - remove programs} however it's still there.

I tried to access the location from the Registry Editor which is:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/Security/AppInstall/Theme Generator Winter

however....even from there it's saying that it's UNABLE TO PERFORM THIS OPERATION!!

Also....in the Home Screen Layout Section....I have an option which is: loading - and it doesn't work - how the heck can I remove that from there too!?

Can anyone please help with this!?!? Thanks alot!!
