Guest tnad Posted August 17, 2006 Report Posted August 17, 2006 Hi, I just got a new cingular 2125 with windows mobile 5. After doing a little research, I used the following programs so I can play some games: tGetFile.dll: required for some game emulators OmapClock 2.0: to overclock so the emulators would work properly SDA_ApplicationUnlock: to be able to run OmapClock 2.0 (couldn't run it before) 3 emulators: PocketNesterPlus for Nintendo, PocketSNES for Super Nintendo and PicoDrive for Sega Genesis. After using SDA_ApplicationUnlock, I used OmapClock 2.0 to set the clock speed from default 180 to 252 MHz. Then I downloaded a few rom files for nintendo and sega and tried to load them with the emulators with no success. I takes me back to the blank emulator screen. I did all this last night. I woke up this morning and found out that the battery that was pretty much full last night is almost depleted !! Then I started getting ActiveSync errors when I connect to the computer. I checked the clock speed and it looks like it reverted back to the default value at some point. I have no idea if I messed up my phone. Can anyone help?
Guest nausea Posted August 22, 2006 Report Posted August 22, 2006 What are the errors that you get? Have you tried turning it off and pulling the battery for a few seconds? Have you tried re-installing Activesync on your computer? Hard reset?

Have you tried re-installing Activesync on your computer? Hard reset? I never got the same problems again. Probably because OmapClock 2.0 reset back to 180 MHz. I guess using this application can temporarily create some problems .
