Guest john.smith Posted August 18, 2006 Report Posted August 18, 2006 I have compared the spec and all the stuff before making this decision, thinking that a second hand deal of US$90 is pretty good, considering I have bluetooth and camera on top of the smartphone features I've already had. Sadly, though, the speakerphone is a whole lot worse than the MPx200, even the earpiece has constant statics when it's turned any louder than half of the volume bar. Now this is out of my expectation. When I am used to listening to the crysal clear earpiece with my old MPx200, this upgrade seems to bring me more inconvenience particularly I need to work in rather noisy environment from time to time. I have flashed the phone to the latest Asian ROM, which did help, but still far from the good old MPx200. Could anyone just tell me that I've got a crappy secondhand MPx220? Unfortunately after googling a bit I realise it may be just a common issue...
Guest awarner (MVP) Posted August 20, 2006 Report Posted August 20, 2006 Build wise the MPX220 is not as good as the MPX200 as it was made by a different company.
