possible to get a spv c600 on PAYG?

sry if this is in wrong forum, couldnt decide which one to put it in.

Im looking for a orange spv c600, I dont want contract and wondered if its possible to get one on PAYG. Ive seen sites saying you can but being unable to find a respectable one which sells them. The orange site is useless since it says you cannot get c500's on PAYG but I have one.
