Guest username132 Posted August 22, 2006 Report Posted August 22, 2006 I bought a Motorola HT820 headset with the intention of listening to music without having to plug a wire into my phone (fed up of loose connections). When I play music on my phone with the headset activated however, music comes from the handset. When I click the multifunction button on my headset, I can hear my music whilst it checks for voice tags and then it informs me that I don't have any set and music resumes from the handset. This isn't what I wanted at all!
Guest Disco Stu Posted August 22, 2006 Report Posted August 22, 2006 You need A2DP which isn't available in a ROM for the Hurricane :D

Guest Disco Stu Posted August 22, 2006 Report Posted August 22, 2006 Very unlikely since it is not a WM05 phone.
Guest username132 Posted August 24, 2006 Report Posted August 24, 2006 Yesterday I decided to have another go at getting the headphones to work with music and while I don't remember what I did (I think I just switched them on with the left multifunction button), I managed to get music to play through the headphones. The pause/stop (multifunction button) and rewind/forward buttons didn't function though. I had to switch it off to talk to someone and then it worked again when I switched it back on. I left it off overnight, and now we're back to the voicetag error and I don't get any music.
Guest mini_man Posted August 25, 2006 Report Posted August 25, 2006 Heya you could use bluetunes? It wont work in stereo but it will put music in both speakers in the headphones.
