Guest Paul (MVP) Posted August 23, 2006 Report Posted August 23, 2006 It's official... i-mate are to release the HTC Breeze as the SP JAS, and the HTC Hermes as the i-mate JASJAM! Featuring two of the weirdest names in their range yet, these 2 devices represent the top of the line Smartphone and Pocket PC devices from HTC, although with the JASJAM at least released uncharacteristically late from a company that is known for releasing HTC devices first! Full details on the devices can be found on the i-mate website... i'll leave you some eye candy below, and if you're considering the JASJAM, don't forget to check out our review of it's HERM100 sibling, the SPV M3100 here! Also, note the inclusion of the forward facing camera on the SP JAS... something missing from the Orange SPV C700 and HTC MTeoR Breeze variants... strange! P
Guest Paul (MVP) Posted August 23, 2006 Report Posted August 23, 2006 Is that the ugliest place to put the i-mate logo on the SPJAS or WHAT! :D P
Guest Monolithix (MVP) Posted August 23, 2006 Report Posted August 23, 2006 I think "Jas" is a dubious name for the Breeze... Actually thinking about it, surely Jas is a better name for one of HTC's supposed upcoming music-orientated handsets?
Guest Paul (MVP) Posted August 23, 2006 Report Posted August 23, 2006 Don't even wan't to think about 'JAS JAM' then Mono :D P
Guest The Doctor Posted August 23, 2006 Report Posted August 23, 2006 Is that the ugliest place to put the i-mate logo on the SPJAS or WHAT! :D P like i said in my other post: just looks really really awkward....... time for some sugar cubes methinks :D honestly tho... would've thought they'd had more sense than to put it there.... Phil
Guest Looby Posted August 23, 2006 Report Posted August 23, 2006 (edited) Is that the ugliest place to put the i-mate logo on the SPJAS or WHAT P Couldn't agree more! This phone is a huge disappointment after the SP5. The opportunity was there but has been sadly missed :D Edited August 23, 2006 by Looby
Guest Monolithix (MVP) Posted August 23, 2006 Report Posted August 23, 2006 Yes, the two-tone colour scheme doesnt do it any favours either...
