Guest Crotia Posted August 24, 2006 Report Posted August 24, 2006 Hi, I was wondering what to format my mini-sd (2GB sandisk) with, FAT or FAT32 it is for my MPX220 running windows mobile 2003. Thanks
Guest Monolithix (MVP) Posted August 24, 2006 Report Posted August 24, 2006 FAT :D [Edit] Although looking at one of the suggested posts below (http://www.modaco.com/index.php?showtopic=244417), it would suggest WM5 is FAT32 compatible, which i wasnt aware of. Try FAT32 and see if it works! [/edit]
Guest genaldar Posted August 24, 2006 Report Posted August 24, 2006 Unless you're lucky your mpx220 won't support the 2gb at all. If it works now leave it. If it doesn't try the sd formater from panasonic, or fat. Fat32 won't work at all.

So I reformatted with FAT 32 and it was recognized but programs didn't load off it. Now that its FAT it works fine, thanks :D
Guest genaldar Posted August 25, 2006 Report Posted August 25, 2006 Can you actually load the full 2gb and then read everything? If so congratulations.
