SPV C550 bluetooth problem

:D since i bought it my spv c550's bluetooth has been a bit dodgy. it works sometimes but cannot connect with phones other times.

its really a bit hit and miss.

and also, the greater problem,

where the hell does it save music and video files when they are recieved.

okay.. so the other persons phone sends the file and says complete. then normaly it saves the file in storage/mydocuments, but for some reason music files and video files just arn't there.

Ive even run a search using file manager and they cannot be found. :D

can anyone help with either problem

If your using file manager click list view and smart explore is the best, i dont have any other sugguestions sorry. But every recieved file through bluetooth saves in storage/my documents
