file sharing between pda(htc wizard) and mac os x via wifi

hi guys

Basically i want to use my htc wizard to connect to my mac(mac os 10.4 via airport) wireless network and browse my files such music and video file(streaming). I have successfully connected to the network,launched resco explorer checked the computer network on resco explorer but theres nothing there..what am i doing wrong?

Am i doing a impossible task or what do i need to forfill my task in hand?
