Activesync from M3100 over Wifi won't download items from exchange

Hi All,

This has probably been covered somewhere else but I'm pulling my hair out trying to figure it out.

We've got some new Orange SPV M3100s (Mobile 5) for work and want to use ActiveSync over Wifi to connect to the Exchange Server (2003).

I've got it working over the SSL with certificates and all that and the device when synced will display counts of Contacts and Emails to be synchronised.

It never downloads the items to the device though.

Sending emails and adding contacts to the device seems to add them to exchange OK - I cannot for the life of me get it to download the stuff to the deveice.

Thoughts greatly appreciated (mine is th efiorst device of 5 to be setup).
