T-mobile SDA Us Version T-zones Isues

Greetings,

For the past year I've been using an unlocked Audiovox SMT 5600 on the T-mobile network without any problems. I've got my wap set to port :9021 and everything works great. I thought it would be nice to switch to a phone supported by T-mobile but it has been nothing but hassles. I've tried a few different options at setting up T-zones including through the 8080 port. The 9021 still gets me somewhere. For example, I can get to the main page of Accuweather but then I can't enter in a ZIP. What the heck?! Anyhow, does anyone have a solid T-zones setting for the US Version of the SDA? Any help would greatly be appreciated! Thanks!

I'm not sure if unlocking your phone is better as it would mean you can use other connections other than T-mobile hotspot or gprs. You can also change rom for AKU2. But if you are using T-mobile's service and want to leave it at that, I think you can change the connection option in internet explorer to connect to different networks like "the internet", "wap", etc. I'm not 100% sure on this as I just got my SDA today. I've been researching for ages and been playing with the device 12 hour straight too.
