Installed Magic Button - BUT ....

Ok I have installed a few applications now and so far so good but have one issue with magic button

That is:

1. Ok the X on screen now closes applications instead of minimising them but the actual OK buttons on the device still minimize the applications which I thought magic button would change as well. This would be help full if your not wanting to use the stylus so that you can close applications with the ok buttons, is this at all possible?
