WiFi disconnect on Hotsync?

Hello! Quick question from the trenches =p Anyone know how to get the 8125 to stop D/Cing every time I hotsync? I like to keep it plugged into my Laptop but get alot of e-mail and its easier to check on my 8125's message system. Is this a stupid common erro? rofl
