Configuring SPV M2000 to Vodaphone

Hi - I've acquired an SPV M2000 from a work colleague. I've managed to unlock it so that I can make calls using my Vodaphone contract SIMCard and I have to say I'm well impressed with it. Ive also managed to get my Tomtom 5 loaded onto it and it works with my bluetooth GPS an absolute treat - a huge improvement from my old style single-use mobile phone and an iPaq as an organisor.

BUT ............ I now want to configure the SPV M2000 so I can send/receive MMS and browse the internet using GPRS. OK theres litereally 100000s of posts/sites on here and elsewhere that provide the settings. In fact Vodaphone were only to happy to provide an A4 sheet full of settings........ except they profess to no knowledge at all of Windows Mobile 2003 and therefore couldn't provide a simple step-by-step guide. All I've done I suspect is to add a million new settings and modems etc not one of which seems to work. What it usualy says is "The answering modem has disconnected. To check your connection settings and change them if needed etc etc etc etc "

Please please PLEASE could someone give me a simple step-by-step guide to set up GPRS and MMS?? Ive done some searches on here and while I get plenty posts on the settings, none provide me with a fool-proof procedure.
