4smartphone with Outlook 2007

So I am really happy with my 4smartphone account. There has only been one outage in the last 10 months and that was a few hours due to a hardware fault back in April.

Have got my laptop set up to dualboot with XP and with Vista, so I can play with Vista ready for supporting clients. Have installed the Office 2007 Beta and tried to set up outlook 2007 with the exchange server, but it keeps saying "not able to connect to server". Have tried the new auto-setup and the manual option. I can ping the exchange server from Vista.

I guessed its something to do with IPv6 (but I could be completely wrong!). In my home lan settings, Vista selected IPv4 and IPv6 but only gave IPv4 a Gateway (the routers IP address). I deselected IPv6 but it still cannot see the exchange server in Outlook account setup...

Obviously I have full web browsing and pop mail access via Vista.

Any ideas?

I WAS using O2k7 no problem on Vista with 4smartphone.

Back on XP with 2k3 atm, but it SHOULD work!

Fixed it! The outlook anywhere (ie RPC over HTTPS) proxy server details were wrong!

So added the correct 4smartphone secure proxy server details there, then added my "home" exchange server details and bob, as they say, used to be married to my Father's Sister, before he ran away with the meter reading man!
