Windows Journal for PPC?

Having been a tablet user for a couple of years I LOVE Windows Journal. I am surprised that I can't seem to find a version to run under PPC. Any ideas anyone? I know the Note application does something similar but it would be nice to manage it under one app on my laptop.

I did see phatpad, has anyone tried using this?
