Photo size

Hi all!

Just wondering if I crop some photos on my computer to use as contact pictures, what size/resolution should they be?

Any ideas?

Also any idea if you can increase the photo size? Bit small at the mo so looks pretty crap. If not, is there any 3rd party software out there for decent photo contacts?
