Pocket MSN - Hotmail

Just got my Vario II and have a few Hotmail in Pocket MSN questions:

1) Is there a way to set up an alert similar to the sms alert for when new Hotmail messages are received? at the moment, all I get is a line on the today screen which isn't that obvious.

2) Is there a set (or changeable) interval for when hotmail messages are checked? I've seen 15 mins mentioned somewhere on a forum but can't see it anywhere on the vario

3) I can see all my folders under Hotmail in Messaging, but "sent items" doesn't seem to sync. Any messages I send from my vario will show up on my web-based hotmail, but not vice-versa.

Any answers would be appreciated!
