HKLM\SOFTWARE\HTC\AUDIOGAIN CODEC_GAIN_HEADSET = A5 HEADSET_UPLINK_VOLUME = 13 Those are the values I have on my Qtek 8310 which is quite similar. But I don't know for a fact that they are the same. Use at your own risk... I hope this helps.

HKLM\SOFTWARE\HTC\AUDIOGAIN CODEC_GAIN_HEADSET = A5 and HEADSET_UPLINK_VOLUME = 14 i changed them both to CC but it didnt seem to make a difference, i am going to try other settings to see if i can find one that actually seems to affect the volume, ill post any findings.
