Guest gonde Posted August 31, 2006 Report Posted August 31, 2006 Hi all, I hope somebody can give a short answer to my question: When I connect the AC adapter to charge my O2 XDA Phone, it starts with the charging and after 1 min. it powers off, and the LED starts blinking in orange. :D Has anyone noticed this or is my charger doing the problems, because when I charge with the USB cable this is not the case, and is there an elegant way to avoid power off? Thanks for your answers!
Guest fluffcat1 Posted August 31, 2006 Report Posted August 31, 2006 I have this with a US SDA Tornado varient - although I can sync over USB I cannot charge over USB or with an AC adaptor. I think it is a voltage regulator inside the unit that has failed. Return under your warranty. Richard
Guest gonde Posted August 31, 2006 Report Posted August 31, 2006 Thanks for the quick answer, my point was that my XDA accually is charged after a couple of hours, but I don't know if this is a normal behaviour that it powers off when charging and the blinking LED during charging.
