Have recently got a C600 but am having trouble installing .cab games and .hme home screens

I have read this topic about installing applications etc. but it is different to the C600 because all the folders seem to have changed.

Can anyone help me work out where to install them? :D

Thanks in advance.

Welcome to the forum :D

Instead of...

With the phone connected to the PC, open ActiveSync and go to IPSM (or Storage) \Windows\Start Menu\Accessories

...you would paste the cab or hme into \My Windows Mobile-based Device\Windows\Start Menu\Accessories.

The instructions are otherwise the same.

Thanks for the reply.

When I click on "My Windows Mobile-Based Device", there is no 'windows' folder. :D

In that Explorer window, hit Tools, Folder Options, and select the View tab.

Put a tick in 'Show hidden files and folders' - you might have to come out and go back in or even disconnect the phone and reboot your PC for it to take effect.

Had to be something simple :D
