orange spv m3100 hands free

can anyone help, I'm trying to connect the m3100 to the nokia 610 hands free kit, the manual tells me it can be done (page 59 chapter 3.9) but i seem to be missing the SAP settings part of the menu. I've tried orange and even the manufacturers with no joy :D
