this is kinda of sweet if you haven't gotten it for your smartphone yet.

it basically downloads the your yahoo emails directly to your phone, and it allows you to delete, mark as spam and forward (even attachments)

this verison is for the windows mobile, but yahoo also has a version for the ppc

Too bad it eats up all your memory after 12 hours or so.

I tried it a month or so ago and uninstalled it after a couple of days.

It suffers from the same problem that Windows Live - in that it doesn't integrate that well with the device - and needs to set up its own mail accounts etc.

Quick question is the sms only sent once or will it send it every time I sync? Because since I don't text (I've sent less than a dozen in my life) I get charged for each one. Granted its not much for each one, but if I use the program a lot it would add up.

What I don't understand is why the text message to install the application is sent to Pakistan, at least here in the states it is.

Thanks for posting this as the v.1 app is nearly impossible to find. For whatever reason, Y! only shows info about 2.0 now and unless you have a supported 2.0 device, you can't get the v.1 app unless you happen to save it somewhere.
