For the second time in as many days I've sat in a queue for orange customer services for half an hour and ended up SOOOO naffed off I've given up :D

It doesn't seem to matter what time of day or night you ring - what on earth's happened to them???!!!

The main reason I've stuck with Orange so long is they "used to have" the best CS out there, now i honestly think they're the worst...

When did this happen??

Has anyone managed to speak to anyone at OCS recently??

And i thought NTL were bad :D

finally hung in there to get a reply - i queued for 48 minutes!!!

It actually took them 5hr 8min to pick up the phone. As you can guess I am now with T-Mobile.

IIRC, MoDaCo got off the ground primarily because of the shocking support offered by Orange customer support - silver lining and all.

wow 5hrs! ive never waited that long. I usually get through to them in about 15 min max!

I can't believe you actually waited!!!

I'm seriously naffed off about it, I'm just 3 weeks into a new 18 month contract - @rse! Why why why didnt i wait for the Vario II to come out on T-Mob :D

I was 27 days into my contract and on the 28th day (the day after that call) I went into the Orange shop and told them I wasn't happy with the service, all I needed was a fault code for my phone (easy got through CS... if they pick up). They didnt really care that I was leaving mind you.

You need to be within your 28 days to get out that easy though :D
